Smoked Snickerdoodle Cream Cheese Dip

Smoked Snickerdoodle Cream Cheese with Green Apple, Snickers & Caramel Drizzle

Ingredients

8 oz block cream cheese

1–2 tsp Ope We’re Smokin’ Rib Rub

1 green apple, diced

1 Snickers bar, chopped (or 2 fun-size bars)

2–3 tbsp caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Cinnamon graham crackers, for dipping

Directions

Prep the Cream Cheese

Unwrap the cream cheese and place it in a small foil pan or cast-iron dish.

Score the top lightly in a crosshatch pattern.

Season

Sprinkle Ope We’re Smokin’ Rib Rub evenly on the cream cheese

Smoke It

Preheat your smoker to 200°F (93°C).

Use apple or pecan wood for a mellow, dessert-friendly smoke.

Smoke the cream cheese for 1½ to 2 hours, until lightly golden and set.

Assemble

Let the smoked cream cheese cool slightly (about 10 minutes).

Top with:

Diced green apples

Chopped Snickers pieces

A generous caramel drizzle

Serve

Serve warm or at room temperature with cinnamon graham crackers for dipping.
